Max Zhang Jin, Kevin Cheng Ka Wing, Chrissie Chau Sau Na and director Yuen Woo Ping two nights ago attended their film MASTER Z: IP MAN LEGACY (IP MAN OI JUEN: CHEUNG TIN CHI)'s premiere. Yuen Woo Ping received Michelle Yeoh (Yeung Chi King)'s calligraphy from the event. Zhang Jin earlier joked that he was the most afraid of his wife Ada Choi Siu Fun's Putonghua, his wife replied online, "You won't live long". Zhang Jin said, "I didn't expect it to become such a big deal. My Cantonese is decent. Sometimes I would mess up but my wife would laugh at me for years. Yet I can't laugh at her. Sigh, I have to be careful with what I say from now on."

Was Cheng Ka Wing afraid of his wife like Zhang Jin? Ka Wing joked that it was not fear but respect. Zhang Jin said, "I really am afraid, my wife has violent tendencies! I can only try to be more masculine in my roles so I don't need to be afraid of my wife." Ka Wing cracked up and stated that sometimes he would accidentally step onto a land mine and upset his wife Grace Chan Hoi Lam. "My wife is pregnant now, I don't dare to upset her casually. After hearing what Zhang Jin says, please don't get me into trouble!"

Chau Sau Na just founded her own office and became a boss. She said, "I have been in the business for ten years, it's time to grow up, try to develop ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)

Dennis To Yuhang, Vincent Zhao Wenzhou, Chan Kwok Kwan and Andy Tien (On Chi Kit) became friends after working together on the Jeff Lau Chun Wai film KUNG FU LEAGUE (GUNG FU LUEN MUN), playing four grandmasters Ip Man, Wong Fei Hung, Chen Zhen and Huo Yuanqi. To Yuhang said that they became close while working together. "After the shoot we went for hot pot together, now we have become the hot pot league."

To Yuhang also said that this time he played an unusual Ip Man, because of time travel in the film he had to fight and be funny. "Director Lau has made many classic films. I learned a lot from him. He taught me a lot about the pace of comedy, which created a lot of chemical reaction." The most memorable to him was sparring with Zhao Wenzhou and Chan Kwok Kwan during the shoot. The Kevin Cheng Ka Wing, Chrissie Chau Sau Na and Anthony Ho Yuen Tung starred new film MASTER Z: IP MAN LEGACY (IP MAN OI JUEN: CHEUNG TIN CHI) yesterday promoted at a shopping center. Sister Na and Ho Yuen Tung had the chance for vengeance against Ka Wing because in the film Ka Wing often bullied them. This time they were able to reprise the slap and the forced fed bread scene. Ka Wing and Grace Chan Hoi Lam would spend their first Christmas as a married couple, but Ka Wing said that he would perform in the U.S. for milk money. As for presents, his wife said that they could both be exempted. However he still worried that he would not be able to avoid his wife's "poke".

Playing a villain in the film, Ka Wing said that his "subordinate" Ho Yuen Tung was very upset. "In the script he originally killed Sister Na, and even abused her to death in the end. However the story was changed in the end." Ho Yuen Tung joked that at first when he had the chance, he planned to take advantage of the scene. Now that it was not shot he had a lot of regret. Luckily she still treated him to dinner to make up for it. Ka Wing praised how suitable for comedy Ho Yuen Tung was, because he was able to make serious stories very cute. As a villain he ..... The late diva Anita Mui Yim Fong's 1999 Las Vegas concert will make its premiere on December 22nd at the Sunbeam Theater. Mui Yim Fong's mother and brother Mui Kai Ming yesterday announced the event to the media. Mother Mui got teary eyed as she recalled Ah Mui's life and still missed her beloved daughter now. Many said that she forced Ah Mui to sing. Mother Mui said, "Ah Mui had a talent for singing, and liked to sing. She wanted to learn to sing, dance and study Mandarin, she would even buy (Paula) Tsui Siu Fung and (Teresa) Teng Lai Kwan's records to listen to."

Mother Mui said that when Ah Mui performed in Las Vegas in 99, she was organizing an organization to fight cancer and did not go with her. Recently Kai Ming while going through Ah Mui's items found this concert and received support from friends everyhwere. Thus they used it to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Ah Mui's passing.

Aaron Kwok Fu Sing, Miriam Yeung Chin Wa, Cya Liu Seya and Zeno Koo Tin Hin yesterday attended their film I'M LIVING IT (MAK LO YUN)'s press conference at the 3rd Macau International Film Festival. The film was about a group of people who lacked family and made their home at a fast food restaurant.

Sing Sing said that when he promoted in Cannes, after reading the film synopsis from his manager Siu Mei he felt that he had to support this film. He said, "The society has forgotten many people. Through film we can get an understanding of their lives and hope to bring attention to them. The film gave me such a sense of duty. I was very focused during the shoot and felt that it was the best film in recent years."

Chin Wa worked with Sing Sing for the first time. Chin Wa in the film played a Temple Street music hall singer. She said that because Siu Mei invited she took the role, the schedule was very rushed but the script was great. The story about interpersonal relationship was very delicate, family was very close but could not communicate. Strangers could become family. Chin Wa said that after the shoot she would bring the down mood back home, luckily her son and husband were her alarm clocks as they were able to wake her up.

They all said that they played misbehaving people in the film. Tin Yau revealed that he would have an awkward scene. Other scenes would include taking off clothes, putting on clothes and helping Chan Woon Yan with his!" Chan Woon Yan said, "I help him with the draw string, he would take off his pants himself. In the film I played a misbehaving person, but in reality I am eight minus one, haha!"

Wong Cho Lam, Teresa Mo Shun Kwan and Ivana Wong Yuen Chi two nights ago at the ATV Tai Po Studio worked on additional shoots and poster for their Lunar New Year I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE! (NEI MAI LEI, NGOR OI NEI!). Cho Lam said that the post production schedule will be very intense because they would have to promote during Christmas. He also said that two nights ago when he saw Sister Mo he actually wanted to order 100 or so boxes of cookies from her for her daughter's hundred day banquet present. Yet he received a boastful reply, saying that cookies were already sold out and she was no longer taking orders. Cho Lam said, "If Sister Mo can bring this luck to our box office it would be great, I hope we too can say sorry, no more tickets because it's already sold out!" Sister Mo said that she thought about everyone would like this cookie, but she never expected it to be so popular. Everyday it was already sold out by 3 PM, aside from being happier she was constantly worried that she would not have enough. She wanted everyone to be able to eat some.

Cho Lam posted his daughter's ultrasound photo. She looked just like him. Sister Mo looked at Cho Lam and said with a smile, "Like you? That's pretty special!" Cho Lam answered, "I saw the resemblance in the ultrasound and I already was very scared, she's mine and I don't get ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)

Andy Lau Tak Wa's concert series will begin Saturday. Its organizer and Wa Ja's company Focus Group recently has been swept into a fraud case. Earlier many in black medical masks held up signs that said "Lau Tak Wa (Focus Group) Return My Hard Earned Money" and "Untrustworthy, unethical". Focus Group's general manager Chiu Suet Mui yesterday held a press conference with legal representation and issued a statement to clarify the absurd and untrue accusations.

According to Taiwan reports, Taiwan's JSM Entertainment accused Focus Group of terminating its Lau Tak Wa concert Hong Kong stop investor qualification and seized the investment amount that it paid in accordance to the agreement. It criticized Focus Group for suspected fraud and filed felony charges in Taiwan against Focus Group.

Focus Group's general manager Chiu Suet Mui admitted that the company and JSM signed an investment agreement for Lau Tak Wa's concert. It clearly stated that contract violating transfer fell under irreparably severe contract violation behavior. Rumors of JSM's contract violating transfer were often heard in the marketplace. In August Focus Group received confirming evidence of JSM's contract violating transfer of investment rights to a third party. When confronted, JSM admitted the contract violating right transfer and apologized. Focus Group after careful consideration officially notified JSM in writing of the collaboration termination and seized the investment amount in accordance of the agreement. Chiu Suet Mui said that JSM did not follow Focus Group's agreement termination decision and demanded to continue its investment in the Lau Tak ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)
