While speaking to the Taiwanese media at a recent event, Wu Chun disclosed that his wife Lin Li Yin suffered a miscarriage last year. 'I wasn't at home when she felt pain in her womb at that time. We lost the baby,' he said with remorse.
However, Li Yin successfully conceived their third child, 'little Chun', after a few months of recuperation. The baby boy was reportedly born on October 11 this year.
Having gone through the loss of the unborn baby, Wu Chun now treasures his family even more than before. The actor would call or video conference with his three-year-old daughter, Nei Nei, whenever he has a break during filming.
Although Wu Chun is often separated from his loved ones due to work, Li Yin has been supporting her husband by managing the gym business in Brunei and taking care of the kids, something the actor is thankful for. 'She is the best,' he asserted.
In response to criticisms about his lack of honesty regarding his status, the 34-year-old emphasised that he decided to announce his marriage in order to 'let his wife live comfortably'. 'This is my personal affair and I did not harm anyone,' he reiterated.
Wu Chun also said that he is not worried about jeopardising his showbiz career because of his marital status.
Taiwanese heartthrob Wang Lee Hom loves his wife so much that he publicly declared his affection on Saturday during a concert in Nanning, Guangxi.
At the climax of his concert, the singer songwriter announced that he wanted to dedicate the song 'Forever Love' to his wife Lee Jinglei. It was widely known that the song was their love song. He even declared: 'Just like how all of you have always supported me, I will always support and protect Jinglei, because she is the kindest person I've ever met! To love is to cherish and protect.'
His first concert after getting married was met with blessings from fans, who decorated lighted boards that read: 'Congratulations!' and 'Happy marriage!'
Touched by the strong support, he said to his fans: 'It has been a memorable week. Besides having found my lifelong happiness, I've also seen the great support I have from my fans!'
Jinglei was unable to accompany him on his trip due to her studies. The graduate student from Columbia was in media spotlight recently due to rumours that sparked off when Lee Hom announcement of marriage.
Since that announcement 12 days ago, Jinglei has not appeared in public. In response to all the speculations, Lee Hom has defended her firmly.
However, when he arrived in Nanning for rehearsals the day before the concert, he was not wearing his wedding ring, piquing media interest again.
But he did not respond to media queries that ensued, answering only with 'thank you's. His manager explained that as Lee Hom needed to play several instruments and dance during the concert, it was not convenient for him to be wearing his wedding ring.

Jimmy Lin is suspected of earning a huge profit margin from selling health products with misleading marketing
Taiwanese actor Jimmy Lin has been suspected of being involved in selling questionable health products from a pharmaceutical company, for which he is a spokesperson and investor.
This company, Ai Bi Li Biotech, has recently been suspected of marketing a collagen drink with misleading information, making a huge cost-profit margin. The drink was claimed to have 'age-defying' effects, but word spread that it is an unproven claim.
Recent media reports revealed that the collagen drink cost only 4 RMB (approximately S$0.80), but a pack of 30 bottles is sold for 1,080 RMB (approximately S$222), making a profit of nine times its cost price.
Reports also pointed out that Ai Bi Li's collagen drink is sub-contracted to Shanghai Grape King Pte Ltd; the drink has not undergone any R&D (research and development) and is not factory-produced.
Responding to these rumours, Jimmy said: 'How can it cost 4 RMB? We also need to design and package [it], so we can't simply look at its material cost.'
Regarding speculations that the product was outsourced, Jimmy claimed that investigations by the Trade and Industry Bureau had proven that their work is legal. 'I have stayed quiet about it, but that doesn't mean that I'm admitting we are in the wrong. Will I put 21 years of reputation at stake?'
Ai Bi Li Biotech also said that they will take legal action against any defamatory remarks.
Wilson Chen's rumoured girlfriend Ting Xuan was revealed to be a 'carnivore' after sex photos spread
Taiwanese actor Wilson Chen rumoured girlfriend, girl group Popu Lady member Ting Xuan, was labelled a 'carnivorous girl' (a term used to describe sexually assertive girls) after her sex photos were leaked online, showing her pressing her chest against her ex-boyfriend.
Last December, after her autograph session, Ting Xuan was seen rushing towards Wilson's apartment, sparking speculations that the pair was a couple, though they subsequently denied it, claiming they were 'simply friends'. Speculations that Wilson and Ting Xuan were dating were refuted by both of them, but the latter was seen visiting Wilson at his home last month and appeared to be more cautious as she constantly checked for the presence of paparazzi.
Apart from Wilson, the 22-year-old girl group member was also seen going out with other men. Media reports disclosed that the young singer was spotted having dinner with a scrawny-looking man at a barbeque shop in April, and was subsequently on a date with another effeminate-looking man in a cap in October.
Many began to doubt her innocent persona when intimate photos of her and another man were also uncovered. In said photo, she was wearing a bra and seen giving a kiss to a half-naked man sleeping on the bed.
Her management company, HIM International Music, said that the men with whom she was seen in April and October were friends, and that in November, she was having a meal with a few friends at Wilson's place.
HIM International went on to explain that the intimate photos were posted up by someone who posed as her ex-boyfriend on Facebook. They were previously published photos that ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)

The Taiwanese couple appeared detached from each other at the LoveLife charity concert yesterday
Unlike their usual lovey-dovey public display of affections for each other, Taiwanese couple Dee Hsu and Mike Hsu reportedly gave each other the cold shoulder when they attended Blackie Chen's LoveLife charity concert last night.
According to Taiwanese media reports, Mike, who was previously embroiled in a controversy over his Top Pot Bakery business, seemed disinterested at his wife's performance while Dee looked distracted and nervous during her performance of the song 'Wonderful World' on stage.
Halfway through the concert, Mike left on his own whereas Dee stayed behind to have dinner with her friends.
When asked about Barbie Hsu's pregnancy, Mike replied bluntly, 'I didn't know about it.'
Dee, on the other hand, retorted, 'He was just here for the concert. Pregnancy news is usually shared amongst the mothers.'
Meanwhile, Dee's mother told reporters the duo are still on good terms with one another and that they support each other like a family.

The Taiwanese actress verified that she is 18-weeks pregnant
After announcing her pregnancy on Monday, 37-year-old Barbie Hsu verified that she is currently 18-weeks pregnant and expecting a girl.
As her husband Wang Xiaofei is the only son in the family, earlier reports claimed that Barbie has been under pressure to give birth to a boy. “What era are we in! My mother-in-law is very open-minded,” she retorted.
However, Xiaofei’s mother, Zhang Lan, has reportedly declined to look after the baby in future, citing her “getting on age” as reason.
Meanwhile, Xiaofei reiterated that the baby’s gender does not matter as long as the child is healthy. “We let nature take its course. I feel a greater sense of responsibility after becoming a dad,” he added.
While speaking to the media, Barbie described how her husband has been talking to the unborn baby in her tummy these days. “He often tells her to be obedient and that daddy loves her.”
The mum-to-be has also been taking light meals as she is prone to gastric problems if she eats too much in one sitting, due to the heavy amniotic fluid in her body. In addition, the couple, who has been going for regular prenatal check-ups, was said to be moved to tears when they first heard the baby’s heartbeat. Barbie’s expected delivery date is in May next year.

Speculations arose that Taiwanese heartthrob Vic Zhou's girlfriend Reen Yu is pregnant after she reappeared in the media spotlight recently, having visibly gained weight, with rounder cheeks and a swelling body.
The 26-year-old actress posted up a photo of herself on Facebook yesterday and explained that her weight gain is due to health problems. “It's all due to health problems. Don't worry, I will definitely regain my health and return to 44kg!â€
Her manager said: “It could be because of the weather. She caught a cold, and the bloatedness makes her appear to have gained weight. But she's really not pregnant.â€
Even Vic denied it, conveying the message through his manager. “She's definitely not pregnant!†he said.
Reen disappeared from the limelight after filming for Taiwanese drama series Lady Maid Maid ended in March this year. His announcement, a day after he went public about his relationship with 27-year-old Columbia graduate student Lee Jinglei, came as a double shock to many. Jinglei, who is 10 years Lee Hom's junior, suddenly found herself in the public spotlight. Netizens, in a curious and excited bid to find out more about her, have also stirred up much online discussion about her.
Word spread that Jinglei is a mixed Taiwanese-Japanese, who studied in Taipei's Dominican International School; some netizens even dug up her elementary school photo. When comparing her single eye-lidded, thick-lipped younger self to her current doe-eyed, sweet-looking image, some even said that she might have gone under the knife for her looks. There were also rumours that her Columbia graduate status was only in name.
During Thanksgiving, when Lee Hom posted up his family photo, there were speculations that the photo was digitally edited to include Jinglei, and that she was actually not present. Taiwanese heartthrob Vic Zhou, 32, and his actress girlfriend Reen Yu were spotted driving into a garage for car maintenance. Re-emerging into the media spotlight again after half a year, the 26-year-old actress appears to have visibly gained weight, with rounder cheeks and a well-endowed frame, triggering speculations that she is expecting a child.
Sparks flew when the pair collaborated in Taiwanese drama Black and White in 2008, after which the couple dated in secret for more than three years, refusing to openly admit to their relationship. During New Year's Eve this year, the media snapped a photo of Reen with her head on the Taiwanese singer's chest as the couple watched the fireworks together at Vic's balcony. Vic then openly admitted that βshe's my other halfβ.
After news of their relationship went public, it was rumoured that Vic spent NT$2.48 mil (approximately S$105,000) on a blue BMW M135i for her. Last Thursday, the rumoured BMW was spotted leaving Vic's apartment.
A white SUV drove in front of the BMW, and both cars drove through the same interchange, stopping outside a garage. Vic emerged from the SUV, wearing a jacket and a fur cap, while the BMW drove into the garage, from which Reen alighted from the driver's seat, confirming rumours that the car was indeed a βlove gift'.
Reen has been staying out of media spotlight after the filming of her new drama series Lady Maid Maid ended in March this year. The 160-cm tall actress used to weigh 52 kg, but now appears to have gained at least 5 kg, with visible physical signs of pregnancy.
