Korean star Ji Jin-Hee two nights ago attended an event at Central. Reportedly, earlier when Ji Jin-Hee came to Hong Kong to work on a movie with Nick Cheung Ka Fai and Choi Si-Won. Although Hong Kong had plenty of great food, those who dined with Ji Jin-Hee said that he often did not eat. Once he dined with Choi Si-Won, Shawn Yue Man Lok and Cheung Ka Fai and he only had a few bites. "At dinner Ji Jin-Hee only asked Cheung Ka Fai how he trained to be muscular. He also asked some of the workers who were in shape how they maintained their figure. Very obviously he wanted to look better on camera and not to be too far off from Ka Fai and Choi Si-Won."
Because Ji Jin-Hee had a lot of action scenes in Hong Kong, the diet actually made him faint once. The crew had to call for an ambulance and send him to the hospital. The doctor said that his blood sugar was low and luckily he was fine. As soon as Ji Jin-Hee recovered he returned to work.
When asked, Cheung Ka Fai said, "How can I not know, he fainted right in front of me. (Do you know if he fainted from starving himself?) I am not going to say anything about other people, just that at the time I saw him faint. I was stunned for a moment and immediately gave him a hand."
Although the film has been completed, Ji Jin-Hee continued to stay in shape. ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)

There’s no doubt that some fans have crossed the line when it comes to their love for EXO, and another issue has put the spotlight on EXO and its fans once again.
Recently on online communities and SNS, people claiming to be EXO fans have been posting about a petition to exempt the Korean EXO members from the army. As majority of the members are born between 1990 and 1994, they are approaching the age to serve two mandatory years in the military.
One particular post by a ‘fan’ read, “Everyone! This is not the problem right now!! Help us exempt the EXO oppas from going to the army!! Instead of the EXO oppas, normal men can serve for a few extra years. They can just think of it as going to a retreat for a longer time. The EXO fanclub is already getting signatures. Please sign so we can exempt EXO from the army.”
While some EXO fans have created a negative reputation for themselves, people are saying this recent act was done by an anti-fan trying to tarnish EXO′s image, and that no such petition is taking place.
On the matter, SM Entertainment stated that it’s impossible to see if the post was written by a fan or an anti-fan. “Because EXO’s popularity is high, we’re just seeing this as something that happened.”
Army exemptions, especially ones involving celebrities, is a very sensitive topic in Korea.

Japanese women young and old flocked to a Korean entertainment awards ceremony in Chiba on Saturday despite the current wave of anti-Korean sentiment in the country.
Early in the afternoon, teenagers sporting miniskirts and stickers pasted on their faces were seen pouring out of nearby subway stations en route to the Makuhari Messe convention center to catch glimpses of their favorite stars.
They were accompanied by hordes of middle-aged women brandishing luxury designer bags and harboring dreams of meeting Bae Yong-joon, the 41-year-old Korean actor who the Japanese have affectionately branded "Yonsama."
Saturday's event was hosted by a committee of Japanese broadcasting companies and entertainment agencies in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the hit Korean TV drama "Winter Sonata," which was hugely popular in Japan when it aired there in 2003.
The committee carried out an online survey in Japan to find the most popular Korean Wave star, drawing the participation of 200,000 fans. The organizers initially planned to invite just 3,000 of them to the awards through a lottery system, but due to strong demand it raised the number of invites to 4,800.
From midday, fans started to gather at the venue for the event, which was scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. Many were carrying placards and photo books of Korean stars such as Bae and Kim Hyun-joong.
When video clips of Korean TV dramas that have appeared in Japan over the last decade were shown on a big screen, fans reacted with thunderous applause. Later, when Kim sang on stage, fans shouted his name and waved light sticks. A number of middle-aged women were spotted dabbing their eyes with handkerchiefs as they sang along with him from the ..... (article cut to save bandwidth)
